MODULE 01 - Roadmap

In this module we are going to break down our 7 step process so you completely understand where you are going and how you are going to get there.
We'll start setting you up for success by getting some big decisions out of the way so you can decide on the type of strategy that will work best for your organisation AND what to avoid.

MODULE 02 - Goals
There is nothing worse than investing time, energy and money into social media, only to find out that it hasn't produced the results you need for your organisation. Yet, this is the nightmare that most people find themselves in when they are just sending content out into the social media universe ad hoc.
What you really need is to know what the goal of your social media actually is. What is it that your organisation needs in order to increase impact and how can you create smart goals that support this?
In this module we are going to refine and decide your goals. They are going to be specific and measurable and you are going to have confidence that by aiming for them you will take your organisation in the direction you need it to go.
